Jeremy Cerf joins the asset manager as a director in the investor relations team, reporting to Alain Biquard, head of development and investor relations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for the company's business development in France and internationally, he was previously a senior account manager at Jasmin Capital, which he joined in 2023.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeremy Cerf holds a master's degree in banking and financial engineering from ESSCA and a master's degree in corporate finance from emlyon business school. He also worked as a senior analyst in mergers and acquisitions at RivierAzul Advisors, after starting his career at BNP Paribas in Paris and New York, where he was a structured loan analyst and then a junior credit analyst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guillaume Martignoni joins the LBO team as a senior associate. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, he is involved in monitoring Montpensier-Arbevel and the ProNet Group, and helps to identify new investment opportunities.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dsays Weinberg CP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior to joining the company, he spent almost five years at M\u00e9rieux Equity Partners, where he was involved in investments in a number of healthcare companies in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and France.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A graduate of emlyon business school, he previously acquired experience in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard and in private equity at 3i.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laure Villepelet has been appointed ESG Director. She previously spent seven years as ESG Director at Tikehau Capital, where she contributed to the development of the company's ESG strategy.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">development of an impact investment platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laure Villepelet holds a master's degree in science from Sciences Po Bordeaux and is a CFA charterholder. She began her career with PwC in valuation, first in New York and then in London, before working as a financial analyst in Singapore.
