Mirela Agache Durand, Guillaume Dard and Fannie Wurtz become vice-presidents.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Philippe Setbon, Managing Director of Ostrum Asset Management, succeeds Eric Pinon, Chairman of the association since 2017, who becomes Honorary Chairman alongside Paul-Henri de La Porte du Theil and Yves Perrier.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Board of Directors paid tribute to \u00c9ric Pinon's work on behalf of AFG during his two terms of office, thanks to which the association is now a first-rate interlocutor for all stakeholders. Eric Pinon: \" <em>AFG is a key player in our ecosystem, regularly consulted, listened to and considered. It is the collective and unified voice of its members, and counts in political decisions. The AFG is also pursuing its mission of financial education, an essential cog in the wheel of investor involvement in the financing of a sustainable national and European economy, for the benefit of all. I wish Philippe every success as he succeeds me as Chairman of a fast-growing AFG, which he has accompanied as Vice-Chairman alongside me for 5 years, and I would like to thank him for this.<\/em> \"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the proposal of the new Chairman, the Board of Directors elected three Vice-Chairmen: Mirela Agache Durand, Managing Director of Groupama Asset Management, Guillaume Dard, Chairman of Montpensier Finance, and Fannie Wurtz, Director of the Distribution &amp; Private Banking division of Amundi's Passive &amp; Alternative Management business lines, were re-elected to their positions.  Philippe Setbon, surrounded by three vice-presidents, has structured the governance as follows: Mirela Agache Durand will be in charge of savings solutions and sustainable finance, Guillaume Dard will continue the work begun on competitiveness and taxation, and Fannie Wurtz will focus on issues relating to the AFG's international reach and distribution.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Philippe Setbon has set an ambitious collective goal for the association: \" <em>To make the French asset management industry a key economic player and a benchmark on the international stage, particularly when it comes to climate issues. We are at a turning point, where the regulatory framework for sustainable finance is still in its infancy. The AFG will therefore be working on this still evolving subject in a spirit of constant dialogue and co-construction with regulators and public authorities.  The AFG will also represent our industry on a number of key issues, both for the benefit of investors and for the efficient financing of the European and domestic economies: the sovereignty and cost of data, the competitiveness of regulatory and tax frameworks, the articulation of active and passive management to create value for investors, and the reinforcement of financial education.<\/em> \"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Philippe Setbon added, addressing the association's members: \" <em>I am personally committed to representing the interests of all the members of our association, in all their diversity.
