Magellim (with nearly €5 billion in assets under management) announces the appointment of Amine Hameg as Director of Institutional Development for France and International. He joined the company in September. “His mission will be to consolidate the group's relationships with institutional investors, supporting fundraising across all of its areas of expertise: real estate, private equity, infrastructure and securities.”, states the asset management group.

Trilingual in French, English and Arabic, Amine Hameg comes from Compagnie Financière Jacques Cœur, where he spent more than 10 years working as an analyst on Euro PP and pre-IPO transactions. In 2016, he became a product specialist, responsible for analysing and marketing products to French and Luxembourg institutional investors.

He began his career at Banque Extérieure d'Algérie, before continuing in Paris at Oddo BHF, Procapital, and then Natixis.

With a master's degree in financial techniques from Panthéon-Assas University and an Executive Master's degree in the energy sector from ESCP Europe Business School, he is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at INSEAD alongside his duties. He has supplemented his education with several international certifications, notably from Harvard Business School (Negotiation Mastery) and Fitch Learning (Financial Modelling & Valuation).

He will report directly to Guillaume Hilaire, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Development at Magellim Group, and will work in coordination with Julien Iniguez, Commercial Director for the CGP and Private Banking divisions.
