When you pay for your subscription, we will collect and store in the site: your name, email address, username and password, company name and job title. This information is used to manage your account and to manage group subscriptions for employees of the same company.

Payment Information

At checkout, we collect your billing address and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are recorded by our site to pre-fill the subscription form in case of a future change of subscription and so that we can contact you if necessary about your subscription.

When paying online by credit card, we collect your credit card number, expiration date and security code. This information is transmitted to our payment gateway to process the payment of your subscription, or its renewal. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and expiration date are stored by our site to be used as a reference and to send you an email if your credit card expires before the next subscription renewal payment.

Newsletter and notifications

Subscribers can join the weekly newsletter mailing list and the new article notification mailing list. It is also possible to subscribe to the newsletter without being a subscriber, from the home page. These mailing lists are stored on the site. They contain the name and e-mail address of the users concerned.

Contact forms

The contact form allows a visitor, whether subscribed or not, to send an e-mail to the site administrator. The content of this e-mail will be visible in the site administrator's inbox. The data contained in the e-mail is not saved in the site.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of information generated by the site and stored on the user's device.

The site uses cookies to track user activity, including visits, logins and page views. In particular, cookies are necessary to maintain the session that is initiated when a subscriber logs on to the site.

Right of access and right of rectification

You have the right of access to your personal data recorded on our site and the right to correct inaccurate data.

You can view the most common information such as name, first name, e-mail address, by going to your "My Account" page, and you can change them by clicking on the "edit profile" link on this "My Account" page.

If you would like to know all your personal data, please send us an e-mail using the contact form with the subject "I would like access to my personal data". We will then send you a link allowing you to download your personal data. You can ask us to correct any inaccurate data.

Right to be forgotten

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored on our site. To exercise this right, please send us an e-mail via the contact form with the subject line "I request the deletion of my personal data". For security reasons, you will then be sent an e-mail asking you to confirm your request for deletion. We will then proceed with the deletion of your personal data.
