While calls for a rapid entry into force of the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation are growing, there are also fears of a haphazard implementation between countries. Supervision has not been entrusted to Esma, the European supervisory authority. Two main messages are emerging from the professionals and regulators at the European level.
