The AMF proposes the abolition of prospectuses for SMEs

The French regulator has published its response to the European Commission's consultation on the Listing Act. The Autorité des Marchés Financiers also recommends increasing the number of companies benefiting from the flexibility of Euronext Growth, by increasing the market capitalization threshold defining an SME in MiFID II from €200 million to €1 billion.
