Societe Generale announces the appointment of Nathanaël Mason-Schuler as Director, Equity Capital Markets and Equity-Linked, within Societe Generale's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division.

Based in Paris, Nathanaël reports to Luis Vaz-Pinto, Global Head of Equity Capital Markets.

In this role, Nathanaël will continue to develop and strengthen our Equity and Equity-Linked franchise, renowned for the quality of its team and its service to clients. As one of Europe's leading players in equity capital markets, Societe Generale is also at the forefront of offering ESG solutions to its clients, and was recently awarded the " ECM Bank of the Year for Green Equity Deals "(ECM Bank of the Year for Green Equity Transactions)*.

Prior to joining Societe Generale, Nathanaël was an advisor in the office of the President of the French Republic and in the Prime Minister's office. Nathanaël brings with him significant and recognized experience as a senior civil servant at the Ministry of Finance, the Treasury Department and the Inspectorate of Finance.

Nathanaël is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) and Sciences Po.
