France Invest appoints Caroline Steil as Director of Policy, Legal and Tax within its "Institutional Relations" division. Caroline Steil, 42, began her career as an investment fund structuring lawyer, before joining a management company as senior counsel, covering strategies as diverse as innovation capital, funds of funds and private equity.
