An independent and free public service, the AMF's mediation service resolves disputes between investors and financial intermediaries amicably. Appointed by the AMF Chair, Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani, the mediator serves a three-year term, which is renewable. The mediator is registered with the European Commission as a consumer mediator.
