Paris moves up 15 places in the "global financial centres" ranking

The capital has risen to 10th place and is now the number one location in continental Europe according to the GFCI rankings. Amsterdam is moving up. Frankfurt fell back. Paris is particularly well placed in terms of human capital and infrastructure. The "professional environment" and "financial sector development" aspects still need to be improved.
